Alex's holiday to the South Island!

Gymnastics in Term 2

For Kiwisport this term Coach Mel has taught us how to move and control a hoola hoop using one hand to spin it around. After lots of practice some of us got hte hang of it...This is really great for our large motor skills and hand - eye coordination as well.

Duffy award winner!

Alex knew to use the word rotation when talking about what happens to the moon, the sun and the earth to give us day and night at our trip to Stardome! Kapai mahi! From Mrs Carter.

Alex enjoyed having his Dad join us as a parent helper travelling by bus to Cornwall Park in Greenlane to the observatory. He explored all the different science activities about Space. What did you like the best?

Kareoke Friday!
